At Baby Gold, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your computer.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Baby Gold packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
